The Rocky Mountain Conference on Dementia is the region’s premier one-day conference for people living with Mild Cognitive Impairment and early dementia, families, friends and health care professionals. The Colorado Alzheimer’s Chapter invites you to exhibit at the Rocky Mountain Conference on Dementia (formerly called Alzheimer’s Association Education Symposium) scheduled for October 30, 2017. Last year the event attracted 750 participants from across states. Typically there is an equal representation of both family caregivers and healthcare professionals. The one day conference offers educational sessions with specialized tracks designed to highlight relevant topics for Caregivers (both family and direct care professionals).
